The second phase of Bryan Caballero’s Human Context Engineering Manifesto - where philosophy meets verification. Version 2.0 formalizes the ethics, architecture, and authorship standards behind The Shield and the broader HCE framework - verified under SAIP v1.0 and registered within the Continuance Ledger.

Manifesto 2.0 - “The Proof Era” marks the moment Human Context Engineering moves from concept to conscience, from language to proof. It codifies the moral architecture that governs how context, empathy, and integrity must coexist in every human-machine system we build. 

Where Manifesto 1.0 asked why we must protect human context, Manifesto 2.0 proves how it can be preserved - through verified authorship, ethical engineering, and custodial frameworks that ensure truth is traceable and meaning endures. 

This version introduces the Shield Authorship Integrity Protocol (SAIP v1.0), Integrity Gate Lock, and Continuance Ledger, establishing a measurable standard for conscience verification across the HCE ecosystem. It is the bridge between philosophy and practice — the foundational proof that prepares the ground for Manifesto 3.0: The Operational Era.
